What is our ordering process?
- Customers express their interest and make inquiries via email or online platforms. The factory then provides a detailed quotation, including product specifications and prices.
- Once the customer confirms the sample and places the order, both parties sign the contract and clarify the terms of the transaction. After the customer pays the deposit, the factory arranges the production and carries out strict quality control. After the production is completed, the goods are inspected and packed according to the customer’s requirements.
- According to the terms of the contract, the factory arranges the shipment of the goods and dispatches the goods after the customer pays the balance. At the same time, provide the necessary export documents and shipping notices. After the goods are dispatched, the factory provides tracking services to ensure that customers know the status of the goods.
